The ThermoBalance website administration organizes the processing of website users' personal data. This policy is prepared with regard to Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", Federal Law No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" and other applicable Russian laws. Data subject requests may be sent to the address shown in the "Contact" block.
2. Data that may be processed
When the contact form is submitted and the website is used technically, only data necessary for the stated purposes may be processed.
- user name, email address, phone number and message text;
- selected website language and date/time of the request;
- IP address, browser user agent, anti-spam check information and request processing status;
- essential cookies required for website operation, form protection and saving the selected language.
3. Data not requested
The website is not intended to collect special categories of personal data, biometric personal data, passport details, payment data or data about minors. Please do not include such information in the contact form.
4. Processing purposes
- receiving, registering and reviewing requests from users and potential partners;
- preparing responses about the project, prototype, testing and possible cooperation;
- maintaining website availability and security, preventing spam and abuse;
- keeping minimal records of requests and complying with obligations under Russian law.
5. Legal grounds and consent
Processing is based on the user's consent given when submitting the form, and also where processing is necessary to respond to the request, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the website administration, or comply with legal requirements. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to the address shown in the "Contact" block.
6. Processing operations and storage period
Personal data may be collected, recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, clarified, used, transferred within the stated purposes, blocked, deleted and destroyed. Request data is stored no longer than necessary to process the request, continue related communication and protect rights, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Storage in Russia and third-party transfer
When personal data is collected through the website, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification and extraction of data must use databases located in the Russian Federation where such localization is required by applicable law. Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for their own marketing.

- if external request delivery channels are enabled, request data is transferred to the relevant service only to deliver the message;
- transfer to public authorities is allowed only in cases and in the manner required by law.
8. Cross-border transfer and advertising
Cross-border transfer of personal data is not required for the basic operation of the website. If an administrator connects a service that involves transferring data outside Russia, such transfer must take place only after checking the requirements of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Advertising mailings, calls and messages are allowed only with the user's separate prior consent where required by advertising law.

The website administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data and other information: restricted access to closed sections, secure connection in production, protection of forms against automated abuse, input validation, request rate limiting, anti-spam checks and minimization of service logs.
10. User rights
The user has the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data, request correction, blocking or deletion of incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully processed data, withdraw consent, and appeal actions or omissions of the controller to Roskomnadzor or a court.
11. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the website, processed data categories, request delivery methods or legal requirements change. A new version applies from the moment it is published on the website. Information about the current version is shown in the "Status" block.
